I did this one playing as "Bad Girl Rin" on the song "One-way Subway" on Hard (Song Difficulty: 4).
The reason why she's perfect for this achievement is that her ability can turn "Great" judgements into "Perfect" judgements up to 5 times (but doesn't work for any of the air/ground sheets a.k.a held notes and mash enemies).
For the achievement, you purposely need to make a late press on one of the many air/ground sheets in the song, but you'll need to play the rest of the notes + air/ground sheets flawlessly.
