Survive for 5 nights. I'm assuming this has to be 5 consecutive nights. I've been playing on a 2016, pre-achievements save and I'm 100 days in and just now got this. I've died several times, but it's always 5 days in. Just make an effort to gather food and supplies, attempt to build a solid house or base, and turn off building destruction.

If you're in a walled-off area, cannibals may spawn inside. You can either hide in a tree house, inside a house with a lock on the door, or attempt to fight them off.
