In the bottom right corner, there will be two bookshelves. Interacting with both of them, the protagonist will notice that she's unable to read the text. Then, collect the envelope sitting on the couch and she'll read the text........ This will clear up the spider webs and then you can walk up to and interact with the blue bed. You'll get the achievement and then you're free to leave the cabin.
