To get this achievement fast and easy, find an island with one or two fall flower and equip one of them. Jump vertically and use the jetpack to get a small bost than take out the fall flower until it lose a petal. Now take a new fall flower and repeat the process until you have used enough flowers for the achievement.
NO NEED TO USE ALL PETALS, JUST ONE IS OK BEFORE GOING FOR ANOTHER FLOWER.
