For this I would advise using a C class truck as this has damage of 600 and select 'The Hill'
When you start detach the trailer if you have one attached as that seems to make it more tricky, then from the garage you can attempt to head straight over the side in front of you.
If you do it right then you should hit a tree down the hill slightly and BOOM!
