To obtain this achievement you need to WIN by finishing the Space Program.
Todo this you have to create the following parts:
Quantity - Part name - Prerequisite Technology
3x - SS Booster - Advanced Ballistics
1x - SS Cockpit - Satellites
1x - SS Engine - Particle physics
1x - SS Stasis Chamber - Nanotechnology
You can create the parts in different cities but you can only launch these parts into space from your capital.
To speed up your research you can change your city management to 'Focus on Research'. You can make it easier to achieve it when you pick a small map and play versus 1 enemy.
