The level thresholds are set so you have to collect every key, open every coloroed door. I done this on the first level, using enemies too hook in them and slide jumping all the time. However if you check out a speedrun of the game you will notice a lot of the times you do not even need keys. The strategies are not too hard to do at this time, so almost anyone can do this achievement.
