Travel left along the world map until you come to a ladder featured between the second and third set of puzzles and enter the door:
Inside you'll be greeted by a professor. Click on the speech bubble in the top-left of your screen and enter the following into the puzzle (the fifth and sixth symbol at the bottom of the following screenshot:
The achievement will then unlock.
