You can't get this achievement and "Socks juggler" in the same playthrough.

Go to Nika's house and enter Dennis' room (the one with a D on the door). Pick up the socks on the ground.

Go to the laundry room (between Denis' and Nika's rooms) and put the socks in the laundry basket.
