Talk to the guy near the printer on the library. He'll tell you he lost his acces card.

Go to the second floor and search for books in the computer. The acces card is on the geography aisle, move the ladder to the 2A section and search the book to get the card.

For getting the achievement, you have to give it back to the printer guy before using it.
