The new Chalcedony troop has the Petrifying Shot skill, which deals 10 damage to an enemy, then creates 3 brown gems, boosted by all constructed allies. With a team of Chalcedony and three other Constructs, you should be able to achieve this easily by just spamming her skill against an enemy with sufficiently high HP.
