all you go to do is start mission on very easy then when u are ready to Finish mission switch to authentic difficulty

I've just done it with a friend she got all levels completed and the complete game and the authentic achievement

Edit:
that method was patched. but you can still join a friends game that has a save at the end of the Every level that's been played through on authentic.

Springbok_NLI think this is patched and does not work anymore.
