Interact with the plant every day until the final day to unlock this achievement. (It unlocks as the final day starts, so you technically don't need to interact with the plant on the final day.)
I suggest doing this on your first playthrough, as the Out of Thyme achievement unlocks faster, so you can 100% the game quicker.
