Perk pre-requisties: Animal Friend 1 (CHR 5), Wasteland Whisperer 1 (CHR 9)

Build 5 cages of one creature type.
- This is to avoid different creatures becoming hostile. They must be a non-domestic animal so avoid dogs, cats, gorillas. Pick a creature for whose build requirements you can make the easiest.)

Place a Beta Wave Emitter outside the 5 cages and then release them. The achievement will trigger upon successful pacification via the Beta Wave Emitter.

Note on cages: Cages need power and they remain locked while there is current. Power must be interrupted for them to unlock so it is recommended to build a switched pylon to facilitate this or you can just chain the cages together with wire and cut (store) the initial cable to simultaneously release the creatures.
SivargThank you, worked just well for me! I read your post and then tried some days later and forgot the part about the dogs. I did this with mirelurks, out at north hagen beach settlement, had 19 npcs there already and even with almost full capacity, managed to pull it off.
