The quickest way to get this achievement is to create a second profile and use it in sandbox mode. Then buy 8 parking levels (Till Level 7 because it starts at 0). Then keep buying cars from the salon and fill the garage and parking. You will have 101 cars, so sell them all. Do this a total of 10 times and you will have completed this achievement.
