This is what I had to do to get this to pop...
1) Start a new eSports DLC career.
2) Complete the build via the request otherwise you won't be able to continue.
- Upgrade to 16GB of RAM (Buy the same stick that is in the build: G.Skill Ripjaws V (Black) 8 GB 3200MHZ)
- Clean dust
- Start up and install Heart of Stone
3) Skip every single day to get to the match
4) Press F to say you are ready and then Press F again to say everything is set up
Now you will get the achievement. Player was not able to play in the match since there was no computer set up.
