Here are all five ghost achievements, for your assistance, and this is the second ghost.
1. This ghost is at citizen housing, next to the blue bridge.
2. Go to the north end of the map, to the "fields" which is a big facility.
3. In the back right, by the smaller bridge, will be the item at a walkway over a water path.
4. In will be a ghost/zombie hand. Click the item to get the mission item.
6. Return it to the ghost for the achievement.
