You have to die for 16 times throughout all playthroughs. For each death you’ll collect a postcard so you can easily track progress by counting the number of postcards on the wall.
Note: A successful playthrough (that won’t result in death) will unlock all the postcards, however it won’t automatically unlock any of the death-related achievements.
