The Drakken empire (one of the core factions of the game) gives you the possibility to force peace on another empire. It will cost you a lot more influence than simply proposing peace (between 100 and 150 influence per empire, depending on your current relationship with them : it will cost you more to force them to peace if you are in war with them than if you are in a state of cold war).
Simply play as the Drakken and build up enough influence (around 500 should be enough) to enforce peace on three other empires in the same turn.
