To unlock this achievement you have to go to the icon left of your name in the top right corner of the screen. When you hover over the icon it should show your name and then click on it. A menu will open up and then click on change icon.
The icon is the Broke Games with the half cog on a black background. Click that to make it your icon and after a few seconds it should pop.
