Go into the arena you for the Stygia (serpent hole location for Leviathan's Drift) and just ride around the edge of the arena and boosting when you have it. Shouldn't take too long to do since its a fairly large arena! 1 lap is a little under 1 mile this is probably the quickest/easiest way to do this achievement.
