The easiest way to get this is after completing all 3 sectors, go back and run Bravo Sector wave 1 with:
- One or more Phase Shield so you can face tank bullets if you need to (don't destroy enemies with your ship though, that will fail your run)
- The Auto-Tracking Laser (It costs a bunch but you're flush with cash by now right?) - Some people recommend the RX1 Tsunami, but you may have problems covering both sides of the screen for the faster enemies. The auto-laser means you can focus on ground stuff and collectibles.

You will need to make sure you:
- Destroy every enemy, both land and air based
- Destroy every building and container
- Collect every dropped item from containers and enemies (cash, weapons, health pods)

If any thing goes off the end of the screen, hit Esc and abort mission so you can try again.
