Clearing a run without Defend cards may seem difficult, but it depends on which deck you choose.
A great deck for this achievement is Claire's Vampiric deck, as it allows you to recover your health attacking, which makes not having any defenses less painful.
Prioritize side missions that allow you to remove a card, or use AI White Candy, if you have it equipped.
