This achievement can be completed as soon as you spawn into the game.
In the Menu area, look to your left at a set of lockers. Open the orange locker, and inside you'll see a key that resembles a large spark plug with a holograph of a man's head on top. Take this key to the switchboard directly right of the lockers and plug it into the round terminal.
What this does is remembers your height and stand/sit settings so you won't have to input them every time you start the game.

This achievement might wait to unlock until you exit the game.
