You have to win two complete matches, one with Luna (the girl and loud voice) and Sena (the boyish and calm voice). Which voice is going to appears is completely random. Just start a match, win with that voice, and start to choose people randomly (It doesn't matter who you pick, even if you pick the same one always) until the other voice appear. When you win that match, the achievement will pop up.
