First, complete the main story (liberation missions) and then, on the map, you will find a white symbol with a person on an ATV. This marks the daredevil jump. It doesn't matter how you land so just drive off the ramp and the jump completes. There are a total of 30 jumps. (With fast travel, this achievement can be completed within one hour.)
