This is the mission two to the right of the endless mode. The mission is semi-random, but I encountered 4 levels of tough robots, followed by one level of heavy blight monsters. Reach the end for the achievement. I killed the special monster, but I don't think you need to kill it for the achievement.
Blight resistance is almost necessary, and heat or electric resist helps, too.
