Hello Everyone!

This can be accomplished in ACT 2 Chapter "Hinterland." Shortly after leaving the safehouse you enter a long walkway through a river and eventually come to a waterfall. The Golden Skull collectible is at the base of said waterfall. Please see the attached video if you prefer visual representation. Good Luck!
