Very easy to do: Once you've missed the call in your office, go to the freezer room and take out the two trolleys that are inside. Check the freezer that's missing a body(right side, upper row, and I believe second to last from the entrance), then go out of the room and push the trolleys back inside. Achievement unlock once the second trolley is properly inside the room.
