In addition to the other solution here (all good tips!), you can make your life a lot easier if you're willing to tweak the save file.
If you use Notepad (or similar) to open the save file at...
C: - Program Files (x86) - Steam - userdata - your id - 361550 - remote - data.xml
...you'll notice the following XML elements:
(item name="ach_pavilion_1" type="float") some number (/item)
(item name="ach_pavilion_2" type="float") some number (/item)
(item name="ach_pavilion_3" type="float") some number (/item)
(item name="ach_pavilion_4" type="float") some number (/item)
These are your recorded times (in seconds) for each of the four pavilions. For each element, change "some number" to something
between "0" and "240.0", save the file, then
complete a level in less than 4 minutes legitimately (I suggest Endless Sands). The Achievement should be waiting for you when you quit the game.
Note 0: Sorry about the file location & XML tag munging! ;)
Note 1: I don't know whether you have to have already completed the levels before you attempt this trick... I suspect that
may be necessary. You cannot unlock the individual pavilion Achievements using this trick.
