Spawn in as SCP-049, the Doctor. Hold your interaction key on bodies to revive them, however, you can no longer do this if the corpse has been there for more than 10 seconds, so kill enemies one by one to maximize your chances of reaching 10 revivals.
There will typically be two SCP's to spawn when more than 10 people are in a server. Convincing the other SCP(s) to only kill humans when you are able to revive them will make it much easier. Tell this to your zombie babies as well.
You could also play 049 very aggressively and revive MTF later in the round one by one as the other SCP's distract their gunfire: this method works best when on larger servers, but will also decrease your chances of spawning as 049.
Keep count of how many players you've revived per round. Continue attempting and you will eventually get lucky enough to reach 10.
