Collect a lot of shards.

Perks that increase shard collection will help greatly, but other than that it's just killing everything and opening all the treasures you can find.

Bosses also give a good amount of shards upon defeat, as does destroying an Elder Shard.

If you spend shards, it won't count against you for the achievement.
