This is my second favourite game (after Hollow Knight, but honestly both are tied).
I love the lovecraftian themes of the game, the gameplay is solid, and the hand-drawn art is *gorgeous.*
I very highly recommend it if you're into metroidvanias, and even if not I think this would server as a good introduction to the genre.
I highly recommend playing with a controller though (I used a PS4 Dualshock), as the PC keybindings are.....a bit sub-par, to say the least. The acrobatic-esque movement just feels better when using a controller.
Overall, it's an incredible game that the devs clearly put a lot of love into (there's quite a few secrets), and I would recommend you play it.
