This achievement can be obtained during the Frog King boss fight. During the fight, while the Frog King has tilted the stage towards him and is inhaling the floor tiles, charge up a bomb spell and throw it directly into his mouth. The bomb should get sucked up and stun him for a bit, giving you this achievement.
