I would suggest doing this achievement with puzzle number 20 in the vehicle puzzle pack since you need to complete that category for the achievement "Starter trophy"
I did need to restart the game before the trophy for the vehicle pack unlocked, so don't clear puzzle number #20 yet for "Too Much Time trophy" until you're sure you got the achievement " Starter trophy".
