Just like the Title say win a game playing as Genghis Khan, you can do this in a regular game but since you must play him in the "Rise of the Mongol" scenario to take the remaining achievements in the DLC. You save yourself some time by knocking this out when winning that scenario. There is enough leaders you will have to win a regular game with as it is.
