Complete the first 6 stages of Arcade mode without loosing a single round within a match.
The achievement will pop at the start of the 7th stage.
Tip: If you loose a round within a match, just lose the round and retry. It will keep you on the "Extreme" difficulty route and you will still get the achievement.
