This achievement will unlock the first time you replace a light bulb. It is possible to finish the game without getting this achievement, but it is unlikely.

Just in case, here's how to do it:

At the very start of the game, just before you get to the entrance door, you'll walk through a hall and the ceiling light will flicker, followed by the light bulb exploding. The game tutorial will pop up when this happens.

Continue onward, and find the radio in the entrance hallway. On the stand with the radio is a light bulb. Pick it up. You should now have it equipped in either your left or right hand.

Move back into the hall where the lightbulb exploded. Look at the lamp, and use the new lightbulb you're holding to replace the broken one. (You need to hold down either the left or right mouse button, depending on which hand is holding the lightbulb.)

Once done, the light should be back on, and the achievement will pop!
