*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Take Shaojie Zhang (the ex-Triad member you recruit after the first mission from the Slingshot pack) to the final mission (Temple Assault).
Contrary to what I read about this achievement from other sources, this achievement doesn't unlock when you begin the mission. I had to finish the mission with Zhang in the squad in order to unlock this achievement.
Luckily, he's a pretty decent heavy with psi capabilities, which makes him useful during the mission (especially when fighting the Sectopods).
