This achievement can be unlocked while playing Darkness in the Capital DLC missions, on the very first one you will encounter new enemies that look like a wooden cart with a head. The trick is to attack the front of the cart with a strong attack. If you manage to hit the head enough times the enemy will get into a dizzy state and the glowing Amrita crystal will appear, now kill the enemy and repeat the process.
