*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***After obtaining the Unicorn, try to go out of the dungeon using the main exit. You won't be able to.
Ask the goblin trader if there is any other way out. He will tell you about the remote control for the portal.
After opening and going through the portal use the flyer on the door. Then use the Unicorn on the door. You will get the key.
Go down into the dungeon and go to the locked door in the centre. It may take you several tries for surviving in the dungeon without a sword is difficult.
Open the door with your newly acquired key and follow the path to the top-right corner. You will see a man and stairs down.
You don't need to go down to level 2 in order to finish the game.
Give the key to the man, and he will give you a wand in return.

Use the helmet with the pool. You will get a golden helmet.
Go back to the goblin trader and give him the golden helmet. He will give you a remote control.
Use the remote control on the portal and speak to the troll.
Go to the dungeon entrance and talk to the goblin guard. Ask him how to speak to trolls.
Go back to the portal and talk to the troll. Insult him, then brag about how many humans you killed and finally comfort him. He will give you a troll coin.
Go down into the dungeon and to the pool from before. Use the troll coin on the pool and then use the kobold claw to retrieve the gold coin from the pool.
Go back to the goblin trader and give him the gold coin. He will give you ale.
Give ale to the troll and he will leave.
Congratulations! You can finally leave the dungeon with your own unicorn!
