You need to equip the 'Flamethrower' boost (DON'T SELECT THE COLOURED ONES. JUST THE STANDARD FLAMETHROWER

Then enter a private match 4v4 with no bots, 1 goal mutator. Score a goal. Win. Get the achievement.
