This one is really simple: Just kill 100 enemies. Even though the achievement says "soldiers", zombies, clones, aliens, and other enemies count as well.

You're pretty much guaranteed to just get this achievement by going after other achievements(automatically on the road to "500 TOMBS" and "1000 TOMBS"), or just playing through the game a single time.
