After getting off the trolly make your way to the right down the street then take a left and go up the stairs towards the school before going up the next set of steps to the school turn right and youll see the bookseller knelt down. Go talk to him to start the dialogue for the achievement. He will ask you to draw something pick something and the convo will finish up and the achievement will unlock.
