This achievement can only be obtained in ''Blood Quarry''. In this, you'll see a hero coming out of the cave, who mines for ore, then leaves again. Above his head you'll see the lightening icon for a few seconds. Use it on the two guards to free him, letting you use him during the level and unlocking this achievement:
