When you have progressed far enough into the game to can make potions. You need to make a total of 50 health potions and then consume them. That is all.
You will need:
- Alchemy Workbench Tier I
- 1x Life Powder and 1x Health Solution
or
- 1x Health Powder and 1x Chaos Solution
