This is actually real easy. Once you are in Phase 2, there will be missions that take you near the black hole. Once you are there (you will know, you will get a warning) just turn off your engines and wait for two counters to go down to zero. Once that is done, you will crash into the black hole and achievement will pop up.

This can be done ONLY during Phase 2.
DeathtrothSide Note: You Can Press Alt+F4 After The Achievement Pops So The Game Doesn't Save, And Eat Your Crew/Ship.
