Once you finish the quest "Getting a Clue" you will start the quest "Reunions"
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***After you kill Kellog you will see the Brotherhood of Steel ship fly above wait till you receive the quest "Shadow of Steel" and then climb down the building. Then fast travel to Diamond City and speak to Piper to finish the quest
