You could stealth around a whole village and massacre everyone in sight until the achievement ticks, then recall to a prior save.

Alternatively, you can fast travel up and down the whole kingdom to trigger a bandit/cuman attack, kill them all, repeat as needed. With this you could also rack up a pretty solid amount of groschen from loot.
