You should definitely get this before the end of the game. Either manually hack them buy standing next to them and pressing V or use the Hack Tool. The Machines are:
Cameras
Security Bots
Turrets
Locks that are normally story related
Health Stations
Ammo Vending Machines
Circus of Value Vending Machines
